Key worker & case management
Hannah her professional career started in an acute mental health unit in 2001 in the UK. She then found her passion for addiction in the NHS Community, working as a keyworker in the Drug & Alcohol team. That led her on to work in various prisons helping people who suffer with addiction transition back into the community, offering them emotional support and guidance into housing and accessing benefits. Before leaving the UK in 2008, she was a keyworker for a charity with a caseload of 40+, covering addiction, mental health, homeless people, and street workers.
Hannah has lived in Spain for 14 years and in that time she has worked in various treatment centres. She has a great sense of humour and considers herself as highly empathetic, understanding, caring & non-judgmental. She has always had a passion for sport, having played ladies football for 40 years at a semi-professional level. In her free time, she loves going out for long walks with her two dogs, who make her smile every day.
